Our Cuisine

We go to market every day to purchase fresh food directly, and as we prepare dishes that reflect the seasons, our menu changes daily. We use organic and pesticide-free vegetables. Organic vegetables have unique shapes and intense aromas. The seasonings used at Ichimon are our original blends tailored to each ingredient, recipe, and time of year.

We have a variety of famous sake from Okayama, a city known for its sake production. Take-out dishes are also available depending on the season.

The Space

We have counter seats and semi-private rooms in an elegant atmosphere to enhance the experience of fine Japanese dining.

Of course, all visitors are welcome. We don't have English-speaking staff at Ichimon however, and as our menu changes daily, with a myriad of local, seasonal food options, we don't have English-language menus. If you call, please ask a friend or conceirge for assistance with Japanese language. Thank you for your understanding.

For reservations, please let us know your wishes via this form. Please make a reservation at least 2 days in advance. I'm sorry but we can't take phone calls in English. Our chef does not speak English, but we will do our best to accomodate you. After contacting us from this form, you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm. After confirmation, your reservation will be completed.
