The core of any great Japanese restaurant is the list of ingredients. At Ichimon, we source local Okayama foods whenever possible. Each ingredient has unique character, whether from soil or sea, from icy winter waves or the late summer harvest, and was chosen with great care. The delicate arrangement of delicious foods on your dish at Ichimon tells a larger story.
We have counter seats and semi-private rooms in an elegant atmosphere to enhance the experience of fine Japanese dining.
Of course, all visitors are welcome. We don't have English-speaking staff at Ichimon however, and as our menu changes daily, with a myriad of local, seasonal food options, we don't have English-language menus. If you call, please ask a friend or conceirge for assistance with Japanese language. Thank you for your understanding.
